  Hi Doug we served together at Base Supply Gagetown.  As Pat said been a long time since we laid eyes on each other.  Retired in 1989 and worked at Kingslanding Historical Village in Prince William for 15 years.  Now retired and living at the cottage at Lake George and spending my winters in Florida.  Next time you are in Oromocto we should try to get all of us retiree's together for breakfast or something?

  Wow, how the time flies.  You still playing the guitar?  I still bang away a bit although I haven't done "Me and Bobby McGee" (Janis style) for a while.  Working as a Commissionaire in Borden and enjoying life in Barrie.  Take Care.

  Doug:

  I was indeed CO of 4 Svc Bn 1972-74.......still alive and kicking but a lot of changes.

  Widowed in 2003...remarried in 2005 (beautiful lady from North Carolina) now living in

  Florida (Green Card) for 7/8 months yearly and the rest of the time at our cottage outside of Ottawa (one hour).

  Hi Doug; True, I haven't made it down home for several years; old age and poor health are to blame. In April 2007 I had a heart attack. After a poor start on recovery due to drug reactions I finally made it back AOK. I work out daily in our condo exercise room; have lost 26 pounds and am in my best physical condition in 30 years. Working hard to stay alive. Not sure I can make 2011 Reunion but please send me details, dates, etc. Nice of you to think of me. Thanks.   Dick Leech
