  Hi Bill, when are you going to join some groups and put some bio info in.  There is now a Group called RCAF Station Penhold you can join.

  Hi Bill and Shirley, and Welcome to the best Veterans website ever. The first thing to do is to join whatever groups you have served with. Go to the GROUPS listing on the extreme right side of this page, then go down to the bottom and click on VIEW ALL. Now join all of the groups you have served with, starting with AIR FORCE, then CFMS and any others that you see. If you look on my profile page (JohnJWebber) you will see the five groups I have served with. AIR FORCE, ARMY, SIGNALS, AND PEACEKEEPING VETERANS. You will also see AFGHANISTAN there. I wasn't there and have a disclaimer on the Group, but someone had to create the Group so I did, which means that Afghanistan shows up also. Click on the Afghanistan Group and at the very top, you will see that it was created by myself, because it was non-existant and then you will see the disclaimer. Once you belong to a Group, you have full access to it. You can look at the members, post comments and blogs and all kinds of neat stuff. Check out the Chat mode at the bottom right of the page. To the right of it, is the number of veterans presently online. Click on that tab and it will show you who is online. If you click on their name, and get them to chat with you, you can either chat in PRIVATE MODE (no one can see you) or in PUBLIC mode. Shirley can also join the SPOUSES group. I'm just starting to invite all the people I knew from CFB Penhold, so pretty soon, you'll have lots of people on your friends list. Enjoy! Any questions, just ask.
