  Hi Mike,  I was in 4CER with Maint 86-90, then over to 4 SVC BN for 2 yrs.  I am  a ex Royal, in Baden 77-80, then back to Halifax were I started my remuster to Veh Tech.  I am presently, working in the dockyard Halifax bldg 201.  I will be out in a few months with 35 yrs 11 Oct11.

  mike,there is a  ex-air force type,xray tech that worked in esquimalt named is scott harpell. he works up in campbell river as adm person i/c. oh by the way i don't think it's any more expensive there as here in edmonchuk!

  I do remember working with you at Esquimalt. I also remember having a few beers at your place and at least one great meal of Jig's Dinner or Fish nd Brews on your boat.

  Are you in the Victoria area? I just came back from there. I usually visit my kits out there at least once a year. If you are still there, perhaps we could get togeather for a beer and a few stories.

  Mike: Old but still bold..if it's before 9 p.m. and bed. Sorry to say but Scotty passed 6yrs ago...it was a slow lingering passing and I was glad to see him free. He was in a nursing home here in Ontario where his mother lived. We buried him out west with a bunch of Para Rescue folks attending. I'm retired but from Apr 01 to 30 Oct I am Senior Instructor Georgian College Motocycle Training program...my hobby became my job. In winter I volunteer with Barrie Out of Cold taking homeless folks off the streets and into shelter. I work the 2300 to 0600 shift. Good work for an old medic. Kids are coming this way for Christmas so we wont be back out to Vic until May
