Hey Ron been a long time how have you been,Pat & I are still feeling good for old folks

Sorry for not getting back to you faster. What are you doing to keep busy in Orillia? What year did you get out of the service?

No, Don was running Military in 2 hgr then he retired. I was still an inspector in 2 hgr.

Istarted as a QC inspector in 2 hgr with Northwood and Grooms, then became a cell leader with Gerry Mustfelt. As things slowed down with the commercial side and downtown closed it was reopened and became DND herc overhaul hgr and I was sent down there to set up and run the hgr program. The hours were rediculous and I suffered a heart attack. When I recovered I went back to work as the quality Leader with Pat Blake. They let Pat go and an engineer (Scot Mitchel took over) and things got worse and I was offered a package and retired. Shortly after the doors closed.

Ron: thanks for the kind words and reply. congrats on your endeavors of success(?) and you realestate down south..I hate cold, but have been well trained since 1973 to tolerate it!' Received MMM while with 447 Sqn(chinooks) and as for rest Special Svc Medal, and Alberta medal. (watch for pic I will be submitting soon of other recips from BAMEO) We hold luncheons 2x/yr to compare grey/bald heads and belt girths as well as wrinkles!!! Lots of retirees in the area and we watch the troops and equipment drive all over the runway into their enormous new expensive buildings...come for a visit! I have in-law in Lindsay & Bethany.
