  • No Richard, I'm sorry I was never posted in Shelburne.  As close as I got to that was 87-97 in Halifax and 02-04 in Greenwood.  Good luck finding who you are looking for.

    Yes.. I am trying to recall if it was 1951 for our Rideau trip? If you were with the "monkey mascot on board Stars ship I am puzzled because monkey was coxswain C2 Swede Franklin... unlees it went to Star after 51? The 4 Fairmiles that year were of Thunder Bay,Hamilton, Toronto and Windsor I think.  Forgot Stars name-it may have been "moose" but Star's fairmile mast hit a cross river power line coming into Ottawa area. Do you remember that??
