  hello Joe,yes I remember Ernie,i thought he went to quebec,there is an ernest paquet on facebook,but not sure if it is same man,it has been a few years.memory is fading

  Hi Joe    I was in the Queen's Guard in 1959 and we did the Presentation of New Colours by Her Majesty in Halifax 1959.  Also was in the Guard for the Sunset Ceremony including Ottawa also in 1959.  We were new entries then and being in the Guard / Sunset ceremony allowed us to escape a lot of the rigors of Cornwallis.  The guard marched everywhere we went in Cornwallis, never had to "double".

  Hi Joe, been a longtime since you and I meet in Halifax and on the command course in CFB Borden. I was the reserve CPO1 from YORK there. Retired in 2007 trust things are well with you

   Hi Lionel I spent  2 years on HMCS MIC MAC & 1 Year on Athabaskan

  like you only had my MICK to sleep in

  RCN 1955 --1960 I do not see many that date to the 50 s
